Data may be processed in the UK, EU, and US. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our processors.
Retention
- Contact/project data: for the engagement and up to 7 years for legal/accounting.
- Analytics: per Google retention controls.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after last activity.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise a right, email james@automatedpanda.com. You may also complain to the ICO; we’d appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
