Browse the site, read the notes, download a brief. None of it sets a cookie. The only cookies this site can set are Google Analytics ones, and they only exist if you pressed Accept.

Declining is not a downgrade. Nothing about the site works differently, and you will not be asked again unless you ask to be.

Distinguishes one browser from another so a returning visit is not counted as a new person. Expires after 2 years.

_ga_<id>

Keeps the state of the current visit. Expires after 2 years.

Both are set by Google Analytics. Neither carries your name or email, and neither is connected to an enquiry you send. The form does not read them.

I look at which pages people actually read, what brought them here, and where they stop. It tells me which case studies are worth writing and which notes were not worth the afternoon.

It is not connected to any advertising, and I do not retarget anyone. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag and no ad network on this site.

Your answer is kept in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so it is never sent to my server, and it does not follow you to another device or another browser.

A consequence worth knowing: clearing your browsing data clears the answer too, and the question comes back. That is the storage working correctly rather than the choice being ignored.

Use the control at the top of this page. Withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was, one press, no form, no reason needed. It clears the cookies Google set and stops the tag loading from the next page onwards.
