Content Scheduling Pipeline: one place to plan and publish every post
I designed a scheduling model and an automated publishing pipeline for an author, so their social content gets planned and published from one place, where before posting was scattered and done by hand.

The problem
Posting was inconsistent because keeping to a schedule took manual effort every single day. Content planning was scattered across different tools and notes and never lived in one place, and just keeping track of what was due and when added a real mental load. So posts got missed, and it started to feel like keeping up a reliable online presence wasn't doable at all.
The approach
Trying to change the habit wasn't going to fix this, so I changed the setup and gave all the social content a single home. Content gets planned and batched ahead of time, so what to post gets decided once, in advance, and not every morning. I cared more about reliability than flexibility, so I went for a system that would publish on schedule every time over one that made last-minute changes easy.
What I built
Everything lives in one scheduling dashboard, and each entry gets a clear publish date so it isn't sitting around as a loose note. Once an entry has a scheduled date, an automated publishing workflow takes it live at the right time, and nobody needs to be at the keyboard to press post. The dashboard also shows what's scheduled across platforms in one view, so gaps in the schedule show up in advance.
The outcome
Posting is now consistent without needing daily effort, and the missed posts and schedule gaps that used to happen are gone. There's more content going out than before, and more confidence in keeping up a steady online presence, because the schedule does the remembering now.
James built a reliable system that centralised my social media scheduling and removed the friction from posting consistently. He understood my goals quickly, communicated clearly, and has been a dependable ongoing resource.
